This trend setting group of hotels has one of the highest occupancy rates and brand recognition platforms in the industry. The first three hotels in New York City: Morgans, the Royalton and Paramount, set the standards that have translated so seamlessly to other Schrager properties in their continued network expansion. The simple, understated yet elegant and carefully edited ‘look’ is constantly imitated by other hotels.
